5 rounds of 10 reps each of:
air squats
lunges, alt legs
overhead squats @ 55#
ring rows
53# KB deadlifts
~ then ~
5 X 5 EMOM Press @ 55#
The first part of this workout took 20 minutes, including a few water and breath-catching breaks.
The second part took 5 minutes…EMOM= every minute, on the minute
